At a time when our industry is fast evolving, we have the chance to reevaluate and reinvent the role food and restaurants will play in our homes, communities and culture.
We launched Spinning Plates, a mixed-media playlist series on Spotify, as a way to recognize and celebrate independent restaurants across the country. Featuring podcast interviews with owners, in combination with curated song sets that bring a place’s unique story and sound to life, what emerged was a new way to experience restaurants – through music!
