Butter and Egg Road is committed to curating exceptional culinary experiences at chef-driven, one-of-a-kind restaurants. These restaurants are most often intimate venues that require significant preparation and investment to fulfill these unique dining programs.

Our cancellation policy reflects this investment and planning process.

Cancel between Booking Request and Event Confirmation (Deposit Paid)

In the event you should need to cancel your culinary experience between booking request and event confirmation (deposit paid), you will be subject to a $250 cancellation fee. Your credit card submitted during booking will be charged.

Cancel between Event Confirmation (Deposit Paid) and 48 Hours before Event

In the event you should need to cancel your culinary experience between event confirmation (deposit paid) and 48 hours prior to event, you will be subject to 100% of deposit paid, as well as 100% of the Butter and Egg Road service fee (based on total experience estimate at the time of cancellation). Your credit card submitted during booking will be charged.

Cancel between 48 Hours and Event

In the event you should need to cancel your culinary experience with less than 48 hours notice, you will be subject to a 100% event cancellation fee. Your credit card submitted during booking will be charged.

There can be no change to your party size within 48 hours of your culinary experience.
